Hi, i have a 2008 honda ruckus chinese off brand. it was running for the year i was driving it. i let it sit for 2 years now, and im trying to get it back up and running. we changed the battery, changed the gas, changed the oil, and changed the spark plug. Right now the moped is trying to start, its turning fully over though. any help from anyone?
