cv axle wont be much, 100 at most easy to do, the head gasket, intake and timing should be included in labor since it all tied in, including water pump. should be aroun 1500 for the deal, dont replace the head, if a shop is doin it, they will send it to a machine shop to be machined cuz you dont really want to buy a new one if ya get my drift. you will get a gasket set that will include alot more gasket, including valve cover gaskets as well and get the set cuz it is cheaper than buy the individual gaskets, you will also need the head bolts because you really should not reuse them.
