I am looking for a good starter bike for my sixteen year-old son. (We live in Ontario.) He already has his M1 and M2, I am just looking for a nice bike for him, probably in the 250cc range. Price isn't a big issue, but nothing over $5,700? Also, how does one of these bikes compare to a bigger (100cc and up) scooter?
Please, no parenting bullshit. I know that motorbikes have a bad rep, but I grew up with Lambrettas and Triumphs back in England during the Mods-Rockers era, and have learned that it is all about the rider, and I know my son.
