Alright so I am 16 had the permit for 6 months and now I can drive alone!!! My moms aunt is giving me her Honda Prelude...Not too excited but free first car so what the hell!.. Anyway I don't know anything about it. My parents say it is in amazing condition as they are older and probably drive 10 times a year. Garage Kept low miles, no accidents, clean interior. Regardless I do not want to get made fun of at school so I am looking to upgrade this into a pretty fast car. I don't care about overall speed but more its quickness. I am not prepared to spend alot as I figure within a few years I will be upgrading bigger and better ALSO IM NOT SURE IF its A 2nd - 4th GENERATION MODEL... My parents say it could be from the years 1986- 1994 so Im unsure.. all my mom said was its 2.2 or something but shes a idiot and could be completely wrong. So my question is is this a good car for a daily driver. Its good on gas but I also want speed for in my neighborhood to show off with my friends and not get made fun of. What simple cheap additions can I add to make it look cooler in appearence but yet have better preformance for an automatic (DONT LAUGH!!) so any remarks??
