Honda Prelude 93..Timing Belt>Walking off,wont stay in time, but the tenchoner

and evrything else is fineHELP!? All of the gears are seemingly in perfect condition, the tenchoner has working springs and seems to have absolutely nothing wrong with it, yes its the right belt, we checked lol, but everytime we turn the moter over the belt becomes way loose, and is walking off.

We have manually turned the belt and have found that in very little time it becomes out of time.

Please let me know if you've had a situation like this, what to do, how to fix it, what to look for, anything.

My dad has worked on cars all his life, and still cannot figure this one out. Please Help. Thank you! :)
