Honda Pilot with about 235,000 miles, repairs?

At that many miles, what are the things that will probably need to be replaced? I know the timing belt needs to be replaced. My grandpa isn't a mechanic but he knows how to do just about anything with the older cars that didn't have computers. Would you think it would be possible for him to replace those certain parts, he has a LOT of tools. Or would I HAVE to go to a mechanic?

And how much do you think it would cost for me to go to a mechanic and for my grandpa to do it?
 
John Paul is right.
First have the timing belt replaced my Honda.
Please leave that for the Honda people... they know thier business. Plus if they do it it is under their warranty.
What is the year though? If they are highway miles? It makes a huge
difference.
Have a HONDA service person look it over.... it's worth the $$$

Cuz Honda is a good product!
