Honda owners: Would you use Castrol Import Multi-Vehicle Automatic Transmission

Fluid in your Honda? This fluid is described here: http://www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp_internet/castrol/castrol_usa/STAGING/local_assets/downloads/p,q/pds_ImportMV.pdf

It says that it exceeds the requirements of the JASO-1A performance standard created by Japanese Automobile Manufacturers (that would include Honda; would it not?).
This standard is recognized by Japanese OEM's in certifying ATF for use in their vehicles.

If Japanese OEMs [Original Equipment Manufacturers] recognize this standard then why pay a Honda dealer up to double the price or more?

After all Honda is a Japanese OEM and the fluid is certified as meeting the specifications for Honda ATF-Z1
 
You can use it. It wont ruin the car but in my Honda, I ALWAYS use The Honda Brand ATF-Z1 Tranny fluid. Its the best you can use for honda. Trust me on that.
