Honda NSR 125, Ohio, street legal?

I'm thinking about buying a Honda NSR 125 from a some guy, but I've looked up this bike and only have seen it in like the UK and foreign countries. Its a two-stroke, 125cc, lights, turn signals etc..

Check with your local DMV, but chances are if it has all of the proper equipment then you can get it registered and drive it on the street. The freeway may be a different matter since most States require 250cc or larger to be highway/freeway legal.
