Honda motorcycle isn't starting...?

It was running fine earlier until I came to a stop today and I killed it while trying to take off. When I stepped off, my leg got caught on the side and it fell on the right side, I don't think it got that badly damaged( no visual damage, the footpeg took most of the fall). But when I tried to put it in neutral, the light didn't come on, and putting it in neutral was harder than usual.(I think it was in 3rd when I killed it). Although It acted like it was in neutral(it moved freely), I couldn't get her to start. Luckily I was on a hill and as I went down I was able to push start her, but when I pulled in my driveway (which was at the base of the hill) and I put it in neutral, the motorcycle died when I stopped moving. Upon further investigation, I found that the gas was leaking a lot. Could it be the sparkplug, a flooded engine?

It's a '72 Honda CL175.
-Thanks in advance.
