Honda Jazz 2003 - Advisory Notice?

As part of my MOT I was issued with an Advisory Notice which states :

Nearside Rear Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)

Offside Rear Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)

Offside Front Macpherson strut has slight movement at the upper attachment (2.5.A.1c)

Please can you give me an estimated price i should be expected to be charged for each one (including reasonable labour).
