My car will not start.... I turn the ignition and I have power but the car does not start. I have lights.My dumb ass father changed all the cables and both terminals on the battery.But I think he screwed the ground up..on the batt. Does anyone know what It could be. I have a brand new batt in it just got it today. It started when we first put it in but n hour later nothing but fan sound n blinkin lights PLEASE HELP!!!!
