Ok, There are three line spots possible in the GY6 carb, one at the bottom, where I think the drain screw is, one in the middle, and one at the top.
There are 4 spots for lines in the whole engine:
Vacuum Fuel regulator line, pcv, a vacuum line that is closer to the engine than the carb, and a fuel line. I need to figure out where these all go.
