honda f41 good for me?

ok guys so im 6'2 or 6'3 like 230 pounds currently i am riding a 250 klx dual sport from kawasaki its good for my height but the gas tank sucks and its murder on your wrist the next day if i ride for over 1 hour so i was considering buying a cbr rr or yamaha r6 but i feel they might be more for the track so i was gonna settle with a f4i either a 2003 or a 05 but i was wondering if there any tall riders that can help me is it to small for me or can i just adjust the gear shifter and Handle bar please help anything helps im a beginner i have like 3 months or so would this bike be a good choice i dont want a 250 anymore i read that they take like 300 something pounds so i would really be able to carry a passenger plus i find myself hitting redline alot and there horrible for freeway way to accelerated anything helps
