im going to turn 17 and get a car july 2010. what car should i get

2000 honda civic silver or white (hoping for si) or a electric blue Honda EP3

bonus question: When i search for a honda ep3 on yahoo autos what is it called? it doesnt have a ep3 as a search?
im 17 and buying these cars from a SINGLE person not a DEALER.
 
Neither. There not American made. My father almost lost his job, and many of his friends did, because of everyone buying foreign cars. Just think before u do that.. and I'm sorry if you live in japan or somthing.
