R ryyan New member Feb 26, 2011 #1 Im new into cars so I was wondering how would I descrive a honda civic 99 engine? I know its a 4 cylinder so would I say inline4 or v4? Is inline 4 only for hondas? what about v4,v6,v8 is that only for american cars?
