You are too tall for both of those bikes. Perhaps look at any of the known brand 250f's or since you wont be racing the crf250x which is designed more for trail but has the better suspension that the mx bikes have

will learn jumping later, and want fast, good learing, easy to use, fun bike THANKS, mostly on the land no where else.
I plan to use the bike on my land, my first dirt bike ever, want a really fun long lasting one, thanks. So I want to eventually jump and do tricks, but wont race at all, just you know go fast and crap. So CRF150R or the CRF230 for my needs, i really dont want to do a lot of maintainance on the bike, there are many hills and stuff on my land so need a good one.

Would like to keep the bike for a real long time, and so you can guess, tricks and jumps will happen.

You might be a little tall for the 150, but not the 230, which should fit you fine, and need less maintenance than the crf250f,
