I am considering to buy a Honda del sol as an every day driver to commute about 3 hours plus a day. Every consumer review I have read for the car have been great but I some sources mention a problem with leaking. I like that its a 2 seater, targa top, and front wheel drive for snow driving, plus the price is cheap compared to other cars that I want to buy (BMW z3, audi TT). What do you think of this car? Is it reliable?

i dont know for sure but really do your home work i recently bought a older used car and very much regret it - i have had to put some major $$ into it just to make it more driveable take your to a mechanic first before you buy not after like me

This car can be a very reliable car, depending on how well it has been maintained over the years.

Using it as a daily driver would be perfect. Like the consumer reviews you've read, leaking can be a problem if the seals for the targa top are bad. But it isn't too much of a hassle to have those replaced.
