Honda CRV 01, Blew a Fuse I think, Help Please !!?

i left my lights on all day and the battery died. it was really old so i got a new battery. When the new battery was hooked up, the car didint start and it had no power except for the hazards and horn.

we checked the battery terminals and all that stuff so now im thinking its a blown fuse. Any ideas on what happend?

Also when i first tried to jump the car with the old battery
when we connected the last red wire my horn went off soo loud and the car wouldent start. i dunno if that means anything.

Check the negative battery cable end on the engine for corrosion.
