Honda Cr-V 2009 Air Condition Controls?

When I turn on the fan (recirculation, A/C, and MAX A/C off), and I set the temperature to the the coldest, I would get cold air instead of outside air. When I turn the temp to warmest, I would get warm air instead of outside air. I just want to know how to turn only fresh air mode on.
