it,s not the motor or it would,nt work at all. it could be the switch getting too hot or the track is dry. when the window is dow spray some silicone spray in the track and run the window up and down a few times.
You can see if it's off the track by removing the door panels and checking yourself. If it is indeed the motor then take it to a place were you're not paying a place crap load for really 1 hour of labor.

My drivers side window on a honda civic ex coupe goes both up and down slowly. sometimes when it goes up it just stops and i'll have to wait a few seconds then press the button again. should i just replace the window motor? or is it worth trying to do something to it? if so, what can i do to it to make it work normal?
