i just bought a 2003 honda civic type r ep3 and have a few problems, the first being, when driving the car occasionally the steering will feel like it jumps one way or the other, only very slightly, but also the steering wheel wont lock even when the ignition key is removed no matter how far i turn either left or right. the other problem is its advertised as having a CAT1 alarm but when i lock it, it doesnt go off, i can shake the car, rattle it, try the doors, nothing.... i even sat inside it, locked it and waited until light flashed constantly, then moved around etc etc, still no alarm. any help appreciated.
