Honda civic sport 2003...when i put my lights on, the brake lights come on

too,including the middle brakelight? they dont go off until I turn my lights off! when I dont have my lights on, the brake lights work as normal. How do I fix this?
I have not changed the brake lights for about a year and nothing has been done on the car recently.
 
There is a short in the wire harness or tail lamp assy allowing the power for the tail light to back feed into the bracke light circuit, you will need wire diagrams and a few hours to figure it out. The fault could be anywhere.
