Honda Civic=ricers..opinions?

i drive a hyundai sonata but its a v6. i hate ricers i dont care. they all drive around thinking their car is fast with their exhaust tip and huge wing and lowered like 3 inches, spend the money your doing on the outer appearance and boost it and drop in a b20 or something. dont waste money on ricey outer shit.
 
Are all Honda Civics's with rims, body kit, full exhaust and spoilers considered ricers? if so whyy?
I can understand why people with Sti's,Srt-4's,supras and so on say those are ricers, because their cars actually can beat them in a race, people who drive their moms mini astrovan saying their ricers is garbage. that's my opinion..WHAT'S YOURS????????
 
ricer is anything that looks fast but really isn't, don't have to be an import, i've seen riced out mustangs and camaros, honestly i think ricers are stupid but its 2 different kinds, the ones im alright with are the people that might care about looks (even though the looks are stupid) but don't care for performance and don't go around saying its fast, the other kind is the kind i hate, where it just looks fast but its really slow and the driver says its fast, me personally im a V8 person, i know its fast 4 bangers out there so im not gonna knock on those, just not my thing, but i laugh at the ricers that think they're the sh*t, hell i have a 98 chevy silverado Z71 with a 5.7L 350, only has about 250 HP stock and about 350 foot lbs of TQ, only performance add ons i have is a K&N air intake kit and TRUE dual flowmaster exhaust so i probably have about 265 HP tops now, i beat this one honda civic BAD the other week, thought he was the sh*t but i taught him a lesson in my full size 4x4 4500+ lb truck, he stayed roughly 2 car lengths behind me the whole time, only time he got close to my rear bumper was when i let off the gas, make it even funnier a cop pulled him over but he never got my plate number so i got away scott free
 
i don't like the word ricer, i think jackass is more fitting when someone takes a slow car and puts a body kit 22s a spoiler and a big exhaust and leaves the engine alone and roles around like a bad ass that pisses me off and yes its the civics they have a weak motor and if i drive a galant and can say that come on even when you mod those cars they still don't go fast
i have a galant 03 4cyl with an injen SRI and when i get that next pay check im gonna get headers and then later megan racing exhaust (drift spec) im going to leave a silencer in now i dong consider that ricing because im not gonna touch the body if anything it will be 17" cuz the stock rims look like shit
civic with body kit does = ricer
 
It is the duty of everyone to rip on ricers without mercy. Even the kid in mom's soccer-mobile is obligated to because at least he's not lying to himself or others.
