Seems that while I'm stopped one of my radiator fans doesn't run, but when driving it turns on. I can only assume this by the following. When I driving the A/C blows cool air, but when I stop the A/C blows warm air. Getting out and checking under the hood I notice the left radiator fan isn't running. Why is this happening?
Well the gauge actually never exceeds halfway. Then why would the a/c air go from cold to hot when I stop? Then turn on cold again when my car starts moving?
