My 2005 Honda Civic is making a whining/screeching noise when i move the tires left or right. Also, the Power steering fluid is coming out of the reservoir and is also bubbling and hot. I bought this car a few days ago from a dealer and the brake pads were replaced, im not sure if they filled the power steering. What should i do?
i took it back a few days ago because there was a minor problem with a window and they wouldnt fix it.
