Honda Civic owners are able to get 500WHP, what turbo kit do you have or how is this done?

I know of somebody of a turbo kit in a b18c only at 290whp 14psi but i hear of 500whp?! how is that done and I was wanting to be in that ball park with my stock b18c i have in my GSR
