Honda civic hybrid 2008 used?

I am trying to buy a honda civic 2008 civic hybrid car used 11K miles one owner car max history is clean and priced good at 16K (includes navigation system and leather seats) + honda certified. My question is what else would go wrong on this vechile I see that this vehicle is lying in dealer lot from more than 2 months. this is creating doubts in my mind. Please help me.
 
its a hybrid and over time the electric motor will need replacement which is very expensive and makes it around the same price as a regular civic. also its hard to find people that will work on them due to the electric motor shocking the shit out of people
