Honda Civic Has Bad Oxidation on Roof?

Need answer QUICKLY, please!!!! Any auto body experts out there who can tell me if there is a way to fix ugly oxidation spots on the roof of my Honda WITHOUT resorting to leaving my car in the shop for four days and paying $1,100?
