Honda civic fog light?

i have got a honda civic 98 and thinking to get a LED fog light from ebay and install it myself.

i am not really a car genius so Is it hard to install and how long would it take? do u have to take out the front bumper to install?

What does LED mean ?
 
LED= light emitting diode.

ive never heard of LED fog lights.. they would be pretty much illegal cuz there soo bright.

you wouldnt haveta take off the bumper, but to get the right size your gonna want to measure the size of the actual hole itself.

the difference between an LED light and regular incandescent light bulb is in an LED housing unit, there are more than one bulb in it. making it light up as well as last a lot longer. i beleive up to 30% of LED bulbs and burn out and its still legal and safe to drive. they also light up ALOT quicker beleive it or not
