Honda civic expert needed?

I have replaced the break switch
- all the fuses have been replaced
- all of the bulbs have been replaced

Turn signals work, lights work, but the break lights will not work. Any ideas or suggestions of where to look or begin? Thank you for any advice.
oh. if someone has a PDF for the 1999 HONDA Civic that is for dummies that would be helpful as well.
 
There is only one thing left my freind. There is a short or a broken wire between the bulb and the switch. Sucks but you just have to trace it down.
