*Honda Civic dx Timing ? ? *?

ok i got a honda civic dx 92...

heres the problem.. i did a motor swap from 16 valve d15 to a
d15 block with a 1.6 v-tec head.. (im not running v-tec)

my car idals low.. and when i stop atta red light.. my car dies..!!

i did the timming.. and i try delaying the ecu..??

Any suggestions on how to do my timin again any sugestions at all.?
(when i start it.. it idals fine.. )
.. (n yes i did try to ajust the dist.)
