HONDA CIVIC 98 ACCESSORY OUTLET?

did you actually take the fuses out and look at them ? They sometimes are broke but you can't tell w/out really looking at them.
On the window switch push down and wiggle it a little it could be missing the connection.
The accessory outlet could be bad but see if you can pull the wire off and put back on it could be missing the connection as well.

my accessory outlet and one of my power windows are not working i already checked the fuses and they're working fine.. Does anybody have any idea what it could be?
