Honda Civic 2009 upgrade?

So I was wonder if there is any after market parts I could buy, that could give better gas mileage, horsepower, and torque?

Besides a Cold Air Intake.

Will it affect my resale value in a negative or positive way if I get the upgrades from aftermarket parts?
Also what would a power chip do?

A cat-back exhaust would help too, but not that much. In new Hondas, the ECU has static fuel maps. Meaning, the same amount of fuel is delivered regardless of the bolt-ons. The best way to get good milage is to slow down(no fun I know, but effective) and to keep it maintained.
