Honda Civic 2006 LX. How much Torque to apply to my tires blots?

I cannot find anywhere in my manual how much Torque is needed to be applied to my specific model of car. I keep hearing that 100lbs is the correct amount but then I hear other people say thats not true. Does anyone know how much exactly does a 2006 Honda Civic LX need to be torqued? Thanks
