I'm looking to get a bike sometime next spring/early summer. Up to this point, I have solely been considering the Ninja, but with the new Honda 250, I'm wondering if I should get that instead. This would be my first bike, so obviously that needs to be taken into consideration. I know it is better to buy used for your first bike, but I'm wondering if the benefits of the new Honda are worth getting that instead. I would be buying it with cash (no financing) if that makes a difference.
So what do you think? Honda or Kawasaki? Regardless of your advice, could you please list some of the advantages the new Honda will have (power/speed, etc.) over the Kawasaki?
Thanks!
@Candid Chris :
Thanks for the advice. I was already planning on taking the safety course though, so no worries. However, if an MSF course solves both those issues you brought up, that still leaves the question - Honda or Kawa. Do you still recommend used (and thus Kawa)?
