My husband bought Emgo Mirrors with a 6 mm stud mount, but the guy working on the bike said they won't fit. Is there another way to mount them to the bike? Also, what size of stud is needed for that bike?
Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Sometimes the year can make a difference.
The F4 was made from '99 - '06
Every year use the same size mounting bolts 6x14
The cowl mounting brackets are different (99-00) & (01-06)
The mirrors bolt to the cowl mounting bracket.
Perhaps the mirrors are for the wrong year bike.
