I am having some issues with my Honda CB 400A ... I just bought the bike and it had not been running for over 3 month's prior to my purchase. Seller told me that one of the carbs had just been rebuilt before it was put down. I have gone through the carbs twice now (last time with a fine tooth comb), one has new jet's needle, o-rings etc. The bike idles great with no choke, revs good- with some minimal popping (trying to backfire) from both cylinders. Under load has NO power just sputters around 15 mph - more throttle less power. Checked spark, fresh fuel, and made adjustments to carb siphon jet with no positive results. Any hints in the right direction would be great. Thanks.
