Honda c90 carb problem?

thanks to advice on here i stripped carb and cleaned thoroughly the float chamber and jets ,it starts and runs but when turned off for a while it returns to the original problem of not starting and the fuel dripping out of the overflow pipe beneath the carb,when i repeat the stripping/cleaning it starts again!! ,cheers Pete
