Honda Accord stops while driving!?

My 2000 Accord stops in the middle while driving, it only happens every so often. I had the alternator replaced so I know that's not a problem b/c I did a voltage drop, after it stops after a min or two I start it up and works normally, I don't understand? Fuel system? HELP PLEASE!!!
