HONDA Accord question!!?

Hey I have a 1996 Honda Accord LX. I recently bought it. But the power mirrors dont work. I am thinking its the fuse. But when I looked at the relay box under the hood. I did not see a fuse for the power mirrors?
Anyone have a clue as to where I can find it. Or how I can fix this problem?
 
The fuse box should be under the steering column within the car or somewhere there of.
