Ok so i have a 1992 Honda Accord. I recently got an engine swap to an H22a. Runs great. there was a problem though with the computer and wiring harness so that was changed. But the mechanic who put it in showed me that the D4 light was off! All the other lights work in gear but not D4. It DOES shift to D4, thats for sure. but the light is off. I just wanted to know if this ever happened to anyone when they got an engine swap. He told me it was somehting electrical and he works with these every week, h22a's. He's a new mechanic i got when my own didnt do engine swaps for h22a's. car runs fine. im on my 3rd day and its fast and all. just curious to why the D4 light wont work. it did before i got the engine swap but the old transmission had problems and the light was always stuck on D4. anyway, anyone ever have there D4 light not work after an engine swap but still worked?????
