Honda 450x into a street legal supermoto?

Has anybody out there converted there Honda 450x into a street legal supermoto? Did you have any problems doing it what web sites did you by your light kits and wheel kits from and is there any keyed ignition kits so that somebody couldn’t just kick start it and ride away thanks.
