Hey guys....ok well i changed the oil in my 400ex last week. I did not change the filter as i will do it the next change. I also pulled the oil cooler and tank off to paint. I installed those parts back on the bike and filled with new performance oil per my manual. Now when i start it up, it runs fine but the oil gets "frothy/foamy" and there are alot of tiny air bubbles in the tank and on the dip stick.
If anyone has had this problem or works on wheelers, your advice would be very much appreciated
I agree with you TIMOTHY about the head gasket going bad but this is not water cooled....its air cooled.
