Honda 2003 Cbr 600rr doesnt start after putting fairings back on, maybe the battery?

I just put my fairings back on after a paint job. I dont think i missed anything because i had organized everything before hand. connections are in place and clipped on. I had it fully charged during the night. This morning, lights are on, gauge lights on, etc. Once I start to start it, it wont bother! It doesnt make that rattling sound, its sounds like its struggling to start because of no gas, but there is half a tank! After many start tries, the batter DIES! Does the bike have fuel petcock somewhere?
and after a full charge, shouldn't i be able to start it up at least once anyways?
