Honda 15 or yamaha 15?

I have found great deals on 2 outboard motor a 2006 honda 15hp no gas tank or manual. 2nd is a 2005 yamaha 15 hp 6 gallon gas tank 2 manuals.

The honda guy wants to meet in a public place which seems a bit weird. The yamaha is $50 cheaper.

Which on should i go for?
 
well the honda is a four stroke engine so it doesn't need the oil in the gas so it will save u a bit of time and money from having to buy the pre mix gas and they barely ever break down the only drawback is that there a bit heavier because its four stroke
