Homework Sucks!

im 14 and im already doing the same thing.
welcome to the club of procrastination.
youre gonna find it very distracting in here.:happysad:
 
I have an English paper due in fifteen minutes that I haven't even started yet... a final due tomorrow that I also haven't started and the final portfolio, and a 7-page essay with ten supporting scholarly articles on bio-metrics due on Wednesday. This is all thanks to procrastination my old friend as I've had since last Wednesday to do it all but waited till Sunday to start them and then Word decided to end it's trial and leave me with jack shit, happy fun yay!
 
Well ive always procrastinated and its worked fine for me, only because i dont work unless im under pressure. So when projects come around let everyone else do theres then 2 nights before due date i'll do about 1-2hrs work and finish it, and still get a better mark than people who took weeks and weeks to do it. Although theses days it does get to 9-10 at night before a bother doing any work.
 
You have to let me know how that turns out.

The way I see it, why should I have to put a ton of extra effort to get an A, when I can slack off and do relatively no work and get C's? There just isn't enough positive reinforcement for homework, and apparently losing a letter grade isn't good enough negative reinforcement either.



I'm sure that will get you out of a lot of work, but you'll probably miss alot of the fun good things in life too. So I wouldn't run around shooting your gun off just yet.

Ya i'm sure that everyone would agree that they dont exactly like to do homework, or didnt. But its something you have to do unless you want to fail.:sad:
 
yes, failing is bad. im told that it pays off in the end, but FUCK its hard and grueling all the way.

im just gonna add to this, maybe a month later now, but im procrastinating again from doing a portfolio problem and reading the odyssey. omfg!
