I leave in New York and as per the weather, a heat wave is on its way this week with temperatures rises to the 90 and high humidity. I water the garden at 9am or 10am, or late after like 5:30-6pm. But some people have their own concept about when to water. One person told me that is best to water early in the morning and not late in the night.
