Homemade flash powder? (redux)?

Okay, this is the THIRD time I have been forced to ask this. I am trying to make a very small amount of flash powder (enough to fill the cap of a water bottle) because I am going paintballing this weekend and need something for distraction. I DO NOT HAVE POTASSIUM PERCHLORATE and was wondering if there is a substitute I can use. I know flash powder is highly dangerous, so if there is something safer that would work well for ditraction in paintball PLEASE let me know, I'd rather have something like a flour bomb if it means being safe

Tis not the firework season, shops around ehre wont sell em till around MAy-ish
 
theres no substitute for the potassium perchlorate, ive tried. best to go with something else, like the flour bomb. why not go buy some fire crackers or other mini fireworks. ones that just make noise.

you could always go to hobby lobby or any arts and craft store and find a "how to build a nuclear bomb play set"
