I cooked the bread, the outside all has a very nice golden brown. I took a slice and discovered a small section directly in the middle of the bread was still doughy. So I cooked it upside down for 10 minutes (the bottom was also very squishy). Then I took it out and took another slice... still the same problem. So I cooked it for 10 more minutes upside down. Now I took it out and it looked pretty good but the middle is still doughy! What should I do?
