home stereo in car?...is it possible?

Ok, i want to know if its possible and how i would set up my home stereo in my car. I have this stereo :

can i hook it up in my car easily and safely?
 
it is possible but you would have to get a converter and it would drain your battery very rapidly due to the fact that a home stereo pulls 120 volts and so on so bottom line is yes but not recommened. you can put a decent car system for like 200 bucks. good luck
